1About these terms
These terms apply when you use kojublackspice.online and buy from Koju Black Spice, based at 57B Takoh Drive, Off Hamilton, Freetown, Sierra Leone. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them.
2Products & prices
- All prices are shown in New Leones (Le) and are the prices at the time you order.
- Many products can be bought wholesale (by the pack) or retail (by the single piece). The price depends on how you buy, and is shown before you add the item to your cart.
- We take care to show products accurately, but colours, packaging and appearance may differ slightly from the photos.
- Products are subject to availability. If something you ordered is not available, we will contact you.
- We may change prices or products at any time. A change never affects an order you have already paid for.
3Orders & your account
- You need a free account to check out. Please give correct details, especially your phone number and delivery address.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- An order is confirmed once your payment is received. You will see it on your dashboard, and we send a confirmation email if you gave us an email address.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if there is a pricing mistake, a stock problem, or we believe it is fraudulent. If you have paid, we will refund you.
4Payment
- You pay online through Monime using mobile money (Orange Money or Afrimoney).
- Payments are processed by Monime. We never see or store your mobile money PIN.
- If you leave the payment page without paying, or the payment page expires, no money is taken and the order is not confirmed.
- If money was taken but your order does not show as paid, contact us with your order number and we will check it straight away.
5Delivery
- The standard delivery fee is Le 30 per order. When the total of the items in your order is over Le 1,000, the delivery fee is 50% off (Le 15).
- Delivery depends on your location, so the fee may be higher than the standard fee. We will confirm the exact delivery fee with you after your order has been reviewed.
- After you pay, we will call you on the phone number on your account to arrange delivery. Please keep your phone with you and make sure the number and address are correct.
- We deliver within Freetown. Delivery times depend on stock, location and traffic, so they are estimates and not guarantees.
- If we cannot reach you or the address is wrong, delivery may be delayed.
6Quotes & wholesale
If you buy in larger quantities, use Get a Quote. A quote is an estimate of price and availability and is not an order. We will contact you using the details you give us.
7Rewards & discounts
Registered customers can earn discounts on future orders through the achievements shown on their dashboard.
- Your first order gets 10% off.
- Three paid orders, each above Le 100 and totalling at least Le 350, earn 5% off your next order.
- Receiving and reviewing a delivered order earns 2% off your next order.
- Total payments of Le 500, Le 1,000 and Le 2,000 earn 2%, 5% and 10% off your next order.
Only one reward is applied to an order, always the biggest one available. Discounts apply to the price of the products, not to delivery. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and can be changed or withdrawn if they are misused. A reward used on an order that is not paid goes back to your account.
8Problems with an order
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, wrong or missing, contact us as soon as possible — ideally the same day — with your order number so we can put it right.
9Your information
- We collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and order history so that we can process orders, deliver them, run your rewards and contact you about your order.
- We share only what is needed with Monime to take payment. We do not sell your information.
- Your password is stored in a protected (hashed) form.
- You can update your details from My Profile at any time. To ask us to delete your account, contact us.
10Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter we will email you about new products and offers. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can stop at any time.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
